"We only stayed 1 night, but found the room comfortable although a bit dated. Check in and parking was easy. It was nice to walk around the village. The 2 restaurants we went to were great. The room was not updated with usb plugs and tv too high for comfortable viewing. You could easily hear people talking in the village, we were on 2nd floor. The kids playroom is seasonal and we missed it. Overall I would still stay again. "

"Very old, smelled musty, beds horrible. Keys did not work & was told system is old. If I wasn’t there for a special occasion I would not have booked this place for the price. Very disappointing "

"Hot water went out the evening prior to our departure, staff did little to remedy the problem, offered for us to shower in another room across the entire complex, no hot water at night or in the morning, staff offered nothing off other than sorry, our plumber will be here tomorrow. Horrible! Showering in another room would have required me to pack up 3 kids and lug our luggage there and back for 4 plus showers, not what I want to do or my kids on a vacation"

"The staff were friendly at check-in and check-out. The renovations are really nice. The hot tub was nice and hot! The rooms were nicely updated and the bed was really comfortable. My only complaints are the noise coming from the heater. They haven’t updated those and they’re quite loud. Breakfast was included with the rate I booked and was fine, but is definitley not worth the $24 they charge otherwise. It’s very similar to what you’d find at a free breakfast elsewhere. I’d still consider...
