Staff was great!!! Very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean but only thing was there was a wet spot on the carpet in front of bed. This was in between the bed and closet. Not sure why it was wet, it stayed wet the 2 nights we were there. Other than that, stay was good

The room was very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the blackout curtains were helpful! The very pleasant woman who checked us in around 8:30/9 pm was particularly helpful for suggesting a luggage trolley to us, getting into the fitness room, etc. She said she was a new employee; my husband and I thought she was top-notch. I wish I had gotten her name. We liked the other staff a lot, too. The door to the fitness room needs fixing as it is very hard to open it from the outside and get into the fitness room. For breakfast, it would be good to put out more waffle mix, as when I got there 30 min before breakfast ended the waffle mix was already gone. I asked about it and was just told that it was out. Others came to breakfast later than I did and maybe if there had been more available all of us could have enjoyed waffles.
