"Our stay was great. The only issue was the elevators were not all working. There were only 2 elevators and 1 of the 2 was for a wedding party. At one point we waited for 20 minutes and luckily an employee came along and took us down the service elevator."

"Property needs some repairs, especially the bathroom. We also had several occasions where we were hearing a loud noise. When it first happened, I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up but never did. It happened numerous times and would made 15 to 20 minutes. It was loud enough to wake us from a sound sleep. "

"For the first time in my extended-stay visits, this place was dirty and needed a good clean. The kitchenette counter was wasted. The fridge was dented in about 10 places. The beds were fine, but the rest of the furniture looked like it was bought at a garage sale. Always have been happy here, this trip, if I hadn't been there for only 2 days, I would have checked out. Sorry."

"I was not informed this was a kids theme hotel. Was surprised upon my arrival that I had no adult options. Bed was uncomfortable & very low to the ground. Box springs setting on the floor! Kiddie environment w/ adult prices & no adult options. This will be my 1st & last time I will stay @ the Graduate!"
