"I have stayed at several of Tru's by Hilton, and I think this one got a lot of "borrowed" items or "hand-me-downs" from other locations, such as the luggage carts. Our fridge and shower had some rust inside, and the walls were very thin. The A/C said it was on high and the fan was on, but I never heard it once, and usually in hotels they are super loud. On a personal note, there also was not a large variety of teas, only a generic black tea. Good staff and very clean, but I would not return for...

"Fantastic hotel. One of the best places we have stayed. Room is beautiful and spacious, and has the nicest bathroom I’ve seen at an inn. The National Exemplar restaurant on the first floor offers delicious food. The lobby is beautiful and the inn has a small store that also provides free hot drinks, such as hot chocolate, coffee, cappuccino, etc. This inn stands head and shoulders above the rest. "Very clean room and pool area. Employee at the desk was extremely nice and helpful"

"The room was very spacious and clean. However, when we got the blankets down to make the pull out sofa, there were mouse droppings inside of them. Our entire third floor smelled like pot and fried food. We did make the employees aware and their response was ,” I know! I smelled that also and my supervisor isn’t doing anything.” The pool area was good and it is in a decent neighborhood as well."
