"We stayed in room #1205 and the cleanliness was not up to par. We constantly had issues with our room door and the bathroom door also was scrubbing the floor preventing it from closing. Our bathtub was not cleaned properly as well as the towels that were given to us has stains on them. The elevators gave us problems seemed very risky to use and the parking is completely over priced. Overall not a great experience for what I payed for. I needed a convenient place to stay while I was on a buisness trip and I was satisfied."

"Hotel offers complimentary breakfast but on daily basis they bring out of coffee. A designated staff member to help with coffee refills, clean waffle maker, floor or counters would help. Somebody dropped a sausage on the floor that I had to picked up and clean since it could have been dangerous for other people walking by."

"Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had roaches, which made it feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable. Reported it to front desk was moved to another in which the toilet was clogged and clearly had not been properly checked before guests arrived. I was also frustrated to find out there was no complimentary breakfast — instead, breakfast cost $26 per person, which was overpriced for what was offered. To make matters worse, parking was an additional $20 per night. With all the extra fees and poor room conditions, this stay was not worth the money at all. I would not recommend staying here."

"Very friendly staff! The 2 ladies in the evening shift were very nice and helpful. Loved the updates of the room, but I wish they’d put more attention into some deep cleaning as they do the modern furniture or lighting. Our room smelled VERY musty! We ended up buying room spray and an air freshener for the room to try to disguise it a little (and you shouldn’t have to do that at a hotel) If we were staying longer than one night, I would’ve definitely wanted a new room. Bummed about the pool too…I can deal with the fact it’s right smack dab in the front of the hotel, it’s that it didn’t have any chairs or lounges! That’s definitely a first for me, why have a pool."
