"Although there's no reception, the check in and check out was seamless and the guests is taken care of through communication via the messages. The nearest Billa supermarket was a plus and the bus stop just infront of the property.
Aircon was not really cooling. Too bad for the scorching heat of Salzburg in July during our stay"
"We absolutely loved our stay. This is a lovely boutique hotel close to the train station. It was easy to walk into the town center but the area around the hotel is not as quaint. It was helpful to be close to the train station. The room was spacious and it was really nice to have a separate toilet and sink. Great staff and lovely hotel. I wish the breakfast was less expensive for Hotel guests"

"Hotel is quite is near train station and in walk distance to main attraction like Mirabell Palace and to old town area. Room is clean and bed is very comfy. We are in the old building but room have been renovate to be modern. Only one complain is there is only one elevator for whole hotel (in old building), it might cause you waiting in peak hour.
and unfortunately our room is next to the elevator. So it have some noise from it."

"This hotel is super convenient, just a quick 5-minute walk to the main station! The hotel is spotless. Just a heads-up: they only clean the rooms every 3 nights. Since we were a group of three, that felt a bit long. I asked the staff to clean the room on the second night, and they were so kind and did it for us! "
