"Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent and location close to centre of Douglas. Parking much easier than expected. Only problem is lack of lift. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everyone on Isle of Man so nice"

"The Claremont experience is exceptional, from the moment you enter the hotel, to the moment you leave. The hotel is well located, but it is the team that deliver a service which is hard to beat. The house keeping, breakfast, dinner and bar service is not just professional, it is delivered by a team of very polite and friendly people and it is always a pleasure to see them again and again. Our room was very well attended to on a daily basis and the Claremont house keeping service is the best we have ever experienced, with both a morning and night time visit. We have stayed at The Claremont many times and the service quality is always consistently high, within a very well managed hotel. This was our fifth visit to The Claremont in fifteen months and I urge hotels.com/Expedia to continue the service with the best hotel on the island."
