"The check in process was smooth with concierge actively helping with bags and finding what you needed. Rooms were clean and adjoining. We ate at the restaurant and it was fine for happy hour drinks and small plates. The pool was heated (but still not very warm). The location was nice and it was the best of the lodgings during our month-long travels. "

"Lovely place with easy access to the beach. Extremely quiet and dark, allowing for great stargazing. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Friendly host who quickly explained everything and was available for questions via text. Would definitely return the next time we’re near Kaikoura. "

"The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are amazing and are included in the price of your stay!! I also really liked the outdoor eating areas and the communal kitchen and lounge areas were lovely to chill with new friends. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable.
