"Was a wonderful stay"

"Clienti abituali da molti anni (ci siamo sposati qui nel 2015), ma questo soggiorno è stato deludente. Nonostante diverse email inviate dall’Italia per prenotare trattamenti Hammam, non è stata effettuata alcuna prenotazione e all’ultima richiesta non è mai arrivata risposta. All’arrivo, la SPA ha prima dichiarato di essere al completo, per poi ammettere che quel giorno non c’erano operatori disponibili. Ci è stato proposto un trattamento alternativo solo a pagamento e persino una semplice...

"Great little gem of a hotel right outside Narlidere. Amazing breakfast, kind employees, and beautiful surroundings. A few things can be improved but nothing significant. For example, a trash can should be added to rooms. Also the location of the light switch outside the bathroom is a little tricky. Finally all the faucet hot/cold directions were wrong. However none of these were significant issues. So, five star overall!"

"The spa was great, the pool not as great as the sauna. The breakfast was really good! The staff was very nice and helpful. Do not stay in the rooms next to the lift as the noise levels from other guests is disturbing. "

"Das Hotel ist sehr zentral im Stadtkern von Izmir mit sehr vielen Geschäften drumherum. Ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden (wie z.B. streichen, neue Möbel etc.), dennoch für den Preis nicht zu meckern. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstücksbuffet für den Start in den Tag völlig ausreichend mit guter Auswahl."

"4 adults stayed 1 night in suite to sleep and take showers. Furniture, bed linens and pillows were clean and superior comfort. Room drapes provided dark-out quality. Bathrooms need updating and were rather run-down. Staff were great! Location great! Shuttle great! Did not eat at hotel due to time constraints."
