"First of all, the gentleman that checked us in at front desk was outstanding!! He was the most friendly, personable and professional hotel manager that we’ve ever experienced! His exceptional interactions with us continued throughout our stay! Also, the hotel service staff were all very friendly, kind and efficient! The hotel facilities were awesome in every way: looked new, clean, fresh and bright with great amenities! We were very happy with our handicap-friendly room features! "I ended up staying a week waiting to close on new home. Hotel was nice, hot tub and pool was awesome! Unfortunately many guest coming and going all hours of night slamming doors, and loud talking. Asked manager to move me to another room, but refused to accommodate me. Guess it doesn’t matter if their ratings go down. Several homeless lurking around area, and appeared to be drugged up! Apparently this town has a drug problem. "
