"The snacks in the reception are ALL high in sugar. To use the hairdryer it needs to be pressed down at all times which is very frustrating. A simple on and off switch much more practical and makes it easier to use for people with joint issues. Shampoo is kindly supplied maybe it would be possible to supply a little conditioner!? Even after my husband said I drove and I would fill in the vehicle info, he still asked him to enter the info and would only give him the keys. I felt like I wasn't there! "The lodge was quite good in terms of cleanliness,environment,and amenities in the room was good.The staff{Amand)was quite good,respectful and always attended to my needs.My only concerns during my three days stay was the type of people that stays in the hotel.In my second night stay,i had some policemen knocking furiously on the door next to me.This was exactly 03.15am.I couldnt get back to sleep after all the noise and shouting. "Very bad experience. It's not a 4 starts hotel, it's just an overpriced AirBnB, no breakfast, no services at all. Also rude staff who didn't provide any info about the property and surroundings. The check-in consisted in a rude woman who handed the key, rushed us into the room and left. They didn't even provide the wifi password. This is not the way to treat guests. To avoid at all costs, despite the beautiful location."
