"Clean comfortable and great stay."

"Beautifully decorated caravan, very clean and with an excellent supply of fresh clean linen and towels. Also a good amount of storage and coat hangers (something I rarely find but need!). We only stopped over one night so didn't use any of the other facilities but the caravan had everything we needed."

"Billing Aquadrome as a site is lovely. However this property wasn’t up to standard in terms of cleanliness and general maintenance. Upon arrival, like anyone does, we had a look in the cupboards etc, to find items from previous guests had been left, including clothing left in a bag in the main bedroom wardrobe, one item being underwear, which is unacceptable for things to be left, which tells me the property was not checked after the last guest left. There were also other items left in the...

"The listing does not reflect where this cabin is located. Listing reads, Cabin Sleeps 6 with Lake access parking. The map location, does not show the location accurately. The 2 bedroom caravan is inside the Billings Aquadrome, where there are indeed lakes. There is access information needed, cars reg, eta of arrival and age, the age question I found a bit strange. The map supplied (for once inside the park), is a little small and confusing. But, once inside the cabin, very pleasant surprise,...

"We stopped for 1 night. It was raining heavy for the last hour of journey and using as a bed/stop off on route to Heathrow. I kind of misunderstood where I was going and surprised to realize that this, basically, is a b&b. For a bed for the night, at this price, I would expect a more comfortable bedroom. It was cold. There is obviously a property thermostat that comes on/off but the temp drops fast where the room is so it would slowly get cold then warm up which makes for an unpleasant nights...

"Very dusty bedroom, wood panelling behind the bed was full of dust and cobwebs. Shower tray had black mould present. Kitchen had alot of cobwebs, dead spiders. Fridge seal was filthy, oven glove had holes and was burnt needs replacing. Windows inside are filthy and to top it off dog poo left for days which you had to try to avoid in the dark. The owners are trying to sell the property and are clearly not bothered."

"The parking should not be changed for people staying in the hotel and thier extrator in the bathroom and the flashing of the toilet was difficult to flash. But i made them aware. They were amazing"

"Very enjoyable comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to others!"

"A very nice hotel with clean cosy rooms. Breakfast was excellent with local farm products but portions are small. Would definitely recommend it"

"Clean room - helpful and pleasant staff. However, although there was a car park it is super small (four cars max), therefore I had to park a 15-minute walk away in a public car park."
