"A unique place to stay. An oasis of calm. The staff were fabulous and were always around to make our stay special. The restaurant is also excellent, serving Local cuisine in the middle of the Riad. We stayed in 2 different suites Harem and Sultan both on the ground floor both excellent. There is so many different terraces with sunbeds you will always find a quiet place."

"The place looks *so* much better in the photos on the website; in person, there is a huge difference. The small pools were very dirty and completely unmaintained. The bathroom was also poorly maintained—the toilet bowl actually wobbled whenever I sat down. The staff members were very pleasant, but the hotel is in dire need of extensive maintenance. Furthermore, actually finding the hotel inside the Medina was an absolute odyssey! The GPS seemed to get completely lost, and nobody in the area knew...

"This was a short stop for us and we did not get to enjoy the spa or breakfast. The room was clean with a pleasant patio to relax. WiFi did not work in our room but we could access it on the patio. Most of these hotels are down winding ally streets that are impossible to find without Google Maps and even with maps it’s difficult. The hotel staff are very kind and will often meet you in the market to direct you to the location. "
