Secured front entrance, clean, good breakfast, fast wifi, hot water, in a central location in town, and air conditioning with an easy laundry service for a very reasonable price. Those who run the place are also very pleasant and helped me secure a ride back to the airport for a good price so I didn’t have to haggle anyone outside, which is exhausting.
