"We enjoyed the breakfast, the pool, all the other perks. The facility was clean and looked new. The staff was awesome. We'd absolutely stay here again."

"The laundry in the room is a big plus if you’re staying for an extended period. Which we were. Having a kitchen will bigger sized refrigerator is great too for the same reason. Things that weren’t as great is the place was literally invaded with pets. And more than 1 pit bull, so they don’t care which breeds apparently. It’s hard for a place not to get run down and smelly with this many animals, it is taking a toll. The other problem is the room cleaning. They admitted at the counter they have a “big problem” with it. The problem is asking for and scheduling a cleaning and they just don’t come. The crew will say you have to have the card off , well we all know this, so you’re not teaching us anything. Just do your job. Very frustrating when you are counting on it."

"Flight came in early and was able to check in early without any issue. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Only complaint is that since the rooms have hardwood floors it echoes and the walls are pretty thin so you can pretty much hear a full conversation next door or in the hallway. Also the kitchenette didn’t have any pots or pans or utensil. Not a huge deal since they just opened up recently but the echo thing is my only real gripe. If your neighbor snores could be a long night."

"Had an issue with my reservation being cancelled as no show after a delayed flight, although the page says "check in anytime". Due to fixing this I had to change rooms in the middle of my 5 day stay. For being a newer hotel, the condition of the rooms was not as expected. The refrigerator was noisy and did not cool enough and my food spoiled, the pull out desk was broken, and there was no ottoman. The walls/floors were thin and I could hear the people above me stomping around and clearly doing bed-related activities. I did like the location having restaurants, a QT, and the freeway nearby (although some freeway noise). I also liked that the rooms were actually stocked with kitchen items for the kitchenette usage."
