"Too expensive for what was there.......Could have been vacuumed better....... coffee Kurigg did not work...... took forever to figure out how to run the TV with 2 remotes and no instruction sheet..And of course painting over blemishes and wallpaper peeling off the walls...... Was told there were only 3 rooms left - took a video of parking area- no one else was at the motel. Lady was most pleasant otherwise we would have walked away."

"Friendly and professional staff. Nicely maintained grounds - grass cut, floral arrangements. Clean room, welcome note. Security measures in effect. This motel is an excellent choice in the quaint town of Palmerston in the heart of farm/mennonite Ontario. Close to restaurants and relatively close to other tourist towns of interest including Arthur and St. Jacobs. We recommend"

"Small motel near Goderich ON. Nice owner, room was very clean, comfy beds."

"Had to call to the number provided to receive a code for the door. Not a big deal, but it did take some time, so I recommend to give them a call in advance for a smoother process. Other that that, everything was very clean, and the location was awesome!"

"Room very clean, great breakfast, free parking, There was a vent in our bathroom. You could hear loud people’s voices all night long through thar vent in our bathroom. Finally at 4:26 am, I called the front desk to see if they could ask the people to be quieter. She said sorry, when someone comes in, in about an hr, I can ask. There was bumping on our ceiling and very loud women/men that never respected others. Very disappointed. We were travelling through. The morning girl said she could...

"Very quite and clean "

"The air conditioning unit in the room didn't work so we were very warm. As well, the towel rack was hanging by a thread on the wall so it would fall every time. Also, no elevator which I guess because it's a historical building they are not allowed to put one in but it's a lot of stairs."

"Kim and the Chepstow in were amazing. She greeted us with a friendly smile and gave us all the information we requested about the area around the Inn and interesting sites to visit. She prepared an amazing breakfast for us and had it ready at the time we asked. All around an amazing B&B and Kim made the experience something I would recommend to anyone!"

"Newly refurbished rooms I believe. They were painting the outside. We never had a chance to check out the indoor pool but saw that it was much bigger than most hotel pools. The room was clean. Checking in was painless. Parking was plentiful even though we had to park off to the side as we were in a room upstairs. Comfortable ling sized bed.We stayed 2 nights on our roadtrip. I would go back again."
