Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Ok, it was an enjoyable stay because we could relax without things being crowded. In terms of the hotel itself “You get what you pay for” and the property is old and worn. We stayed in 2 different rooms because the first had just too much wrong with it, but they changed us to another room and it was very good. I’d stay again.
Receptionist & Staff are very nice and friendly.
Hotel facilities is very good.
What I dont like is the road leading to the hotel, it’s very rough, dusty and I found it very inconvenient if u have to do some errands.
I recommend it but you need to deal with the road.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Location is bit challenging, as you have to drive to some narrow dirt road. The service is good but wifi is weak and TV doesn't work in our room. When we're about to check out i know i counted the towels and there was 8" but when they check it apparently they said one is missing, and i have to pay 500 fee for apparently losing that thin old towel. I just paid and didnt argue because we're in hurry to leave.
Property is outdated, needs a major renovation.Found a big cockroach in the bathroom and a small one in the bedsheet.
Guests will be charged a corkage fee of P2k if you bring your own food.Woke up at night with no air conditioning and no water.Staffs are very nice and accommodating,Nice pools.
Looks can be deceiving. Although comfortable and oceanfront, the value was not there. There was a TV in the room, but zero reception, the staff was very attentive except for the restaurant. Unfortunately there was a corporate team building event that dominated the restaurant leaving other guest to themselves. Do not plan on eating anywhere except for the hotel restaurant as there are no options. The restaurant food was below avergae and even when one of our dishes had a dead fly, the server seemed unphases and did not change out our meal. Breakfast was good, but severely overpriced. There is no WIFI as one expects these days...save your money, choose another lovation to visir
When we arrived at the village to get to the resort we found the road had been closed and it took us an hour to find the right road.....and that road is a mess! Bumpy and nasty to drive.
Then the cleanliness of the room was not great, especially the bathroom and shower. I had to clean the shower before I could use it.
Our stay was for 6 nights, and after the first night the internet went out and did not work for the rest of our stay. Yes, I know this is a beach resort, but some of us have to stay in touch with our work. In addition the internet worked -- when it worked -- only in the reception and dining areas.
The staff was nice but I was quite disappointed with our stay.....
The room was clean although we can smell the sewage. The bathroom shower has rusts that needs to be replaced (probably due to salt water). The breakfast was great and the lady was nice to go to our room to ask what we want for breakfast. Overall the stay was relaxing.
The property was incredibly run down and unkempt. We were the only guests at the “resort”
The staff was friendly and tried to make us feel welcome, but the overall conditions of the facility were substandard; worst hotel I have ever stayed. This property should be removed from Expedias listings
