We are family of 38 pax. Total 5 rooms. No trash can around the resort. Difficult to maintain cleanliness. Ac not working well. Water supply not good. WiFi not good. Lot of dogs at beach. Did not sleep well. Kids not happy.

We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly.

The rooms we were given was dirty. The bathroom is also dirty and the beddings have stains. The beds are NOT comfortable at all! The staff were not accommodating. Very poor customer service at the restaurant. We bought food and drinks at the restaurant for our entire stay (3 days). We were told they do not allow plates and utensils be taken out in the cabanas, which is fine. I don’t understand though why they charge for paper plates and utensils when all our food was bought from their restaurant. The beach and the pool are nice but will not recoomend this for overnight stay.

This is a beach front property with grey sand and lots of coral. However, in our room the toilet wasn’t flushing. We had to call maintenance several times. I demanded to be transferred to another room but they claim it is booked. This resort is a total disappointment. Not worth the money.

Rooms where filthy took my wife about three hours to clean them properly and get rid of the cockroaches and mosquito's. The fresh water swimming pool was dirty as the filters were turned off, leaves and other garbage were floating on the water. The 24 hour service did not exist.
