"The Riad was beautiful and all the staff were fantastic. It sits away from the Medina so its quiet but close enough to walk to. I highly recommend it 👌 "

"Really good service and location with a nice breakfast. They even packed us breakfast when we had to leave early at 6:45 am which was very nice. Hotel facilities were good as well. Would come back again. "

"Had a great stay. The breakfast was great. The food at the resturant was also tasty, had dinner there my last night. The staff was also supper helpful and friendly. I would recommend here for those visiting Marrakech. A little tricky to find at first through the Medina, but after a day or so I got my sense direction and location down."

"From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The riad is stunning, with modern décor that still preserves the authentic charm of Marrakech. The beds were extremely comfortable, and our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard.
We enjoyed a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast each morning, served with great care.
The staff were exceptional. In particular, Fatima, Raja, and Yassine went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and comfortable. They helped communicate with our excursion guides, rearranged restaurant reservations, assisted us by speaking with food delivery drivers when needed, and even organised a lovely surprise at my husband’s request for my 40th birthday. They beautifully decorated the bed and laid out balloons, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture.
The house staff, Chaima and Jalil, were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They remembered our breakfast preferences, made sure I had hot water first thing every morning, and were always happy to help by bringing items to our room. Always polite, kind, and helpful.
A special mention goes to Khadija in the spa, who made both my and my husband’s hammam experience truly wonderful. She took extra care to ensure my husband was comfortable, especially as he suffered a stroke four years ago. Her kindness and warmth made the experience truly heart-warming.
We deeply appreciate everything the team did for us. Just amazing! Highly Recommend! "
"Everything was top notch except bathroom in the room. The sink didn’t have enough room to hold toiletries. The shower didn’t drain the water and it would puddle. The shower also needs shelves or something to hold shampoos and soap because keeping it on the floor is unhygienic. Also, there’s drop down floor to enter the bathroom and it was annoying and hazardous. Someone can easily fall and break bones. Other than that everything from hotel to food and service was top notch."
"Staff was incredibly helpful. I will say that the entrance to this Riad (and most Riads in Marrakech) are deceiving as they open into alleyways, but all it takes is one step through the door and it is like entering a different world."
"Fantastic stay. Wasn't sure what to expect having read previous reviews but arrived late at night to a lovely welcome (desk staffed 24/7). We shared a twin room which was fairly basic but clean, cool and with quiet air conditioning it was all we needed. Shower room clean and water pressure great. We had no hot water at first but as soon as we raised this it got fixed. We asked for a hairdryer and had it for our stay. Front desk couldn't be more helpful. Full breakfast everyday with lovely waiting staff, especially Sophian, who would do anything for you. All staff very kind and helpful. Riad was close to amenities - great location - yet no sense of noise or hassle and bussle, lovely and peaceful. Highly recommend!"
