"Erwin was our point of contact and was readily avilable to all my queries. He a fantastic asset. Samantha the housekeeper was always around to share her local knowledge of St Lucia. This was hearwarming. To George, we appreacited the late morning ferries across to the resort and Ricky the best boat ferry captain. We enjoyed your stories along the short trips. Room is beautiful, bed is comfy and we enjoyed the Le Labo products. We did not get to use our resort credit as hoped (you can only use on certain limited add-ons that will still be out of pocket), which would have been nice. "
