Tenia mi reservacion hecha y confirmada por el portal y llegue al hotel y me dijeron que ellos no trabajaban con expedia ni on ninguna plataforma y que no tenian mi reserva, que tenia que checarlo yo misma y cuando marque, estaba mi reservacion y la persona de expedia tuvo que conseguirme otra habitacion en otro hotel porque ellos seguramente sobrevendieron y se quitaron toda la culpa, son un establecimiento informal y fraudulento

El hotel dice q no tiene tratos con Expedia y q ellos no aceptan reservaciones por internet ni ningun medio q no sea el de ellos mismos por lo q no se respetó nuestra habitación.....

No respetaron mi reservación nunca me había pasado con Expedia esta situación espero no se repita porque es muy desagradable

Nice hotel right in downtown in the main city plaz

My boyfriend booked this stay by looking online at Trip Advisor. He found it to be a good deal with great reviews. We agree with most of the reviews. The hotel was very nice and plush. The service was amazing (even though they didn't seem to know we were coming until we told them) and the free breakfast was nice as well. It was located right on the town plaza where there was always something going on. The only thing lacking was that we got a room that was smaller than many of the others and the windows were up high so we couldn't see out of them. Other than that, it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown Patzcuaro

My family and I had a great time, we loved the restaurant across the hotel "La surtidora", the food was outstanding!

Maravilloso.

Es un hotel maravilloso. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y decoradas conforme a la época. El cuarto de baño moderno y elegante.

Pricey in Patzcuaro

The rooms on the first floor which are the ones on Hotels.com have no windows, or windows that don't open. They are extremely damp and stuffy. The second floor rooms are well-ventilated and spacious. The up charge is 1000 pesos per night. This is excessive as this is not a full-service hotel, rather an upscale B&B without breakfast. The restaurant attached to the building is not appropriate for breakfast.

Too expensive

I paid almost 250 dollars for one night. I was surprised when i arrived to the hotel and the public rates where half of what i paid at hotels.com. The hotel is ok but it is not worthy 250 dollars.
