The manager was not welcoming. Too many signs in the unit; no cooking allowed in the unit when all we wanted to do was to cook a breakfast in a Sunbeam skillet for breakfast. Rubber mat to be placed in the bath tub at show time used by everyone.

Looks nice in the photos, but don't look too close on arrival. Rooms have just had a quick facelift, in a half done way, bathroom looks like a poorly done DIY job, with some cheap furniture in the room to fill the void. Nice to have hard floors in the room, compared with dirty old carpets, however the beds are on castor wheels. Single bed castors were broken, so when my son would sit down one end, bed almost flipped. Queen bed would slide around the room, and pillows fall down behind the bed as it moved. Staff were friendly, and made a late check in easy.

I enjoyed staying here, we stayed with our three kids so I appreciated that it was two rooms. Clean, neat and central with plenty of dining options near by. We enjoyed the included breakfast and would definitely stay again in the future.

The property is dirty. The floor was not swept or mopped. The bath mat was filthy after walking from the room to the shower. The whole place looks like it is mid-renovation and they decided to lease it. The place has mismatched panels, three holes in the bathroom door, filthy cutlery draw, no cutlery. There was sand or dirt in the spare bed. The whole place made me feel dirty.

One star at the most
The hotel was a dingy dump. The service at the front desk was appalling, there was really none. Relatively clean, didn’t have the things at the hotel that were advertised on hotels. com. We spent an 1 1/2 hours looking for a better hotel to stay in to no avail. No garden view room or hot tub she looked at me as tho I was a bit silly and said they had never had those things.

The positive-the room was quiet /clean and comfortable The lady in the office was lovely The negative- the motel advertises Foxtel but it didn’t work The motel advertises complementary breakfast But it was just cereal and juice All in all I still would stay again just for the peace and location

Not quite like the photos online No restaurant which is advertised. Smallish room for 3 of the 5 people we had, only 2 chairs and no space to sit. Air con struggled to cool room down - was particularly hot that day thou. Old room but bathroom appears to be recently renovated nicely. Staff lovely and accommodating. Overall expensive for the quality of the room but nice enough

No shade above pool on 37 degree day, restaurant not open for dinner, holes in the wall where they moved airconditioning to another wall but didnt patch up original holes. Bed comfy enough for 1 night stay.
