Hotel Fridhemsgaten & Mora were a big disappointment after traveling extensively through Scandinavia during the month of July. I discovered that the electronic lock to our room did not work leaving our belongings exposed. We had to change rooms. Coincidentally, a man was sitting in our room when we first checked in? Then the TV would only broadcast a TV channel for about 5 minutes and shut off. They could not fix it. Dining in Mora is pathetic and despite many articles, there are very few local craft stores. In fact, many store fronts were empty. The only reason for staying in Mora is close proximity to NusnÀs and sadly, there is controversy in NusnÀs, where the Nils Olsson Dala Horse company is now using robots to carve the horses. Thankfully, the competition, Grannas Olsson is still carving by hand. The Swedish government needs to intervene in the setbacks in this region of Sweden.

Fint rum, bra dusch. SÀngarna bra, men soffan hade ingen sittkomfort. Trevlig personal, frÀsch restaurang med god frukost och trevlig uteplats. Trevligt hotell och hotellrum, men det var vÀldigt varmt och flÀkten rÀckte inte till tyvÀrr.

Hustrun och jag som Àr pensionÀrer var pÄ en sommar tur i Mora samt ut flyter runt siljan sÀlen mm Vi bodde 3 nÀtter pÄ detta hotell det var bra stÀdat, det fanns flÀkt pÄ rummet det var nÀstan 30 grader varmt pÄ dagarna men vi sov bra ÀndÄ bra sÀngar. Frukost bra till att vara ett litet hotell Fint upplagt och organiserat.

En bra vistelse. Men ingen luftkonditionering, trots att det var vÀldigt varmt fanns det endast en bordsflÀkt pÄ rummet. AC behövs, i alla fall en portabel AC. Lite slappt bemötande och inga extra anstrÀngningar. Ingen stÀdning/bÀddning av rummet, ingen koll av toapapper. Man sÀger sig bidra till vattenförsörjning nÄnstans men oklart hur eller var eller med hur mycket. PÄ frukostbuffén var osten torr o hÄrd, Àggen kalla, juicen oblandad (?) mm. Med tanke pÄ rumspriserna förvÀntar man sig mer. Men helt o rent.
