"We arrived two hours after check-in time and even so the room wasn’t ready — we had to wait. We paid an additional $45 per night. We couldn’t communicate from the room to the Front Desk at any point; when we needed someone to come check the air conditioning, they took very long. We had three rainy days and they don’t have umbrellas. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel — the restaurant supposedly closes at 10:30 PM, but at 10 they refused to serve us food. I would not return. The room is extremely small, the suitcases don’t fit, there’s no refrigerator, and it’s next to a building under construction, so every morning was very noisy."
"Once elegant now a popular spot, the hotel offers a great rooftop bar, a sun deck and pool for guests, a nice restaurant, an adequate workout room and lovely public areas with music, seating and areas for conversation or relaxing. The guest rooms are New York small, with furnishings decades old, pealing wallpaper, strangely set up sinks with the facet too close to the basin so they spray up, showers that get the floor wet and limited room amenities - no coffee makers."
"Hubieron dos noches corridas que tuvimos q bajar a abajo a quejarnos porque tenían un culto en el salón y el sonido del bajo retumbaba en la habitación eran las 12:30 am y esa gente está activa se supone q terminarán a las 11 pm los enchufles de la habitación en algunos sitios funcionaba en otros no de lo demás pues it ok"
"We need it ice and couldn’t find the ice machine, there where signs but never find it. Also we wanted to enjoy the view on the window but the curtains did work to pull them up."
"Okay enough but Low key sullen front desk. No one answered housekeeping extension. Slightly busted-ragged towels, loose toilet paper roll dispenser, etc. Came back one night and elevators were malfunctioning"
