I left my sunglasses in my room after checking out. I was uncomfortable leaving with out them. Ultimately I did and asked the staff to look out . They found them and gave me a call.they were so awesome! They made my time a priority!!

The hot tub wasn't even working, which was annoying since that was one of the reasons that we booked the place. They didn't have any coffee when I went down around eight o'clock and no staff around to replace it. But the beds are super comfortable, and it was very quiet, and I like that.We could have our dog and the price is right. I would stay again.

Close to national park

Close to black canyon of the gunnison national park. Good breakfast, good service and clean.the AC in the unit had a noise when running but we were still able to sleep.

Good for a one night trip

Close to Black Rock Canyon. Convenient location within walking distance of several restaurants. We were in a second, separate building also housing the pool area. It did not require key entry into the building. While at breakfast another guest asked to have the waffle batter replenished and was told it takes too long to make it.

This hotel is in serious need of attention. There were dirty sheets laying in the hallway, the public bathroom was filthy, the rooms smelled and were not clean, the doors to the hotel were unlocked, the breakfast was unacceptable, the ice machine and jacuzzi were broken. I would never stay at this hotel again. Should be taken off the expedia list.

A great simple and clean overnight for our family

This was also a simple hotel, the staff was very nice and accommodating in every way. We booked a room with three beds and a couch and it was perfect for our family of five. It’s not a fancy hotel or anything, but it was clean, the breakfast was decent and we felt like the staff cared. The pool and hot tub are pretty basic, but our kids loved going in. It’s a great spot if you’re going into the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, and it’s also relatively close to a bunch of businesses if you need to stock up. A great stop over on our Colorado road trip.

No frills budget hotel.
