I really enjoyed my stay. The location was very convenient - walkable from the train station and to the lake. The balcony gave me a view of the lake between buildings. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Even though there is no AC, being able to open the balcony door and use the fan kept me cool through the night. The decor in the hotel was very charming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreux.

The hotel's location is excellent in the city center, but the staff are unfriendly, there's a very unpleasant and overpowering smell in the bathrooms, and the amenities provided are limited. There was also outside noise throughout the night, The breakfast at the hotel is discouraging; it looks stale and unappealing, and the staff are very depressed. There is a balcony overlooking the lake, but there is no table or chairs to enjoy the view.

A lovely character hotel with a lovely feel about it . A great room . Lovely friendly staff. The breakfast was good and a great location to Lake Geneva and only an 8 minute walk from the main train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to come to Montreux.

We liked the vintage lift which was unique. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was nice with a choice of eating inside or outside on the balcony. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Very conveniently located by the main bus line stop. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very old, it has its charms and quirks but this may not be for everyone. We had everything we needed.
