We had to also change the hotel room at 2:00am as the AC did not work. No towels or anything provided in that room and not clean at all. NOT ..."

"Very bad customer service,room AC wasn’t working, and the room bathrooms had a strange smell whenever the exhaust was off. During our stay the power went out due to weather and flooded half of the parking lot. The breakfast wasn’t great either."
