"There is was no housekeeping to clean the room. We had to call front desk to get clean towels and while staying we emptied our trash cans daily. Honestly I am not sure how the hotel can justify charging the resort fees when I was the housekeeper during my 5 days stay. We did have Wi-Fi but that was the only perk that we received during our stay. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. This seems to be a common issue with hotels since Covid charging resort fees and not providing anything in return."

"Was only here for a night, but the front desk people and the general staff around in the morning were super friendly and helpful. This will definitely be my new go to when I’m traveling to the area, which is often. One critique is I wish they had nice big visible cameras on every angle of the exterior to monitor to the parking lot."

"Very disappointed not to be allowed to use the Pool on day of check out. It was literally empty & they wouldn't look at me in for like an hour before we got in the Road. Bad ending to a nice stay."

"Both bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The amenities were amazing and we really liked the bathroom’s heating system. The dome is very safe and comfortable despite the strong wind, cold, rain and snow. The checkout cleaning process is a little bit too much though. We appreciate we could find such a nice place to spend our holidays with our furry friend!"
