On this particular trip, the dead bolt would not lock. The window would not shut completely. It had a little aluminum screw lock in the track attempting to hold it shut, but it did not. The hvac control on the wall did not work (I found out after two days of freezing). The carpet smelled a little doggy (needs cleaning). On my third day a roach crawled across the bathroom counter as I was getting ready. The bathroom ceiling needed painting as there had been some work done on it. The hotel needs refreshing. Paint, caulking redone, etc. The staff are very nice and accommodating. They are the reason I stay there.
