"We checked in a little bit after 4PM and got our room keys. No elevator and we were on the second floor. So we got our luggage up the stairs and I opened the door. No bed made, dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Down the front desk and they send up house keeping and the room was cleaned. Later on we tried to warn up some water in the microwave and it set itself almost on fire. The desk chair lost a wheel. And then I discovered that the smoke detector was missing. Next morning the chair and the microwave were replaced. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"Breakfast was good. I couldn't close the door of my room, the tongue of the lock did not go to its place. The wifi was on and off constantly. I overheard a customer who couldn't use the washing machine bc it was broken. They did not give lotion and shower cap anymore. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and polite. "
