Primeiramente eu ñ indico o hotel para quem tem filhos pequenos. As luminárias ficam na altura da criança que pode se acidentar a qualquer momento, muitas quinas vivas (pia do banheiro, mesa de centro, cama..) desde o momento que eu pisei no quarto foi extressante pq tenho um bebe de 1 ano e 9 meses que queria mexer em tudo. Fui até a recepção dizer dessa situação e que o quarto que me colocaram era menor que os outros (meus pais se hospedaram em outro quarto 5

Alguns problemas, mas um bom hotel.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e possui uma boa estrutura aos hóspedes. O café da manhã é ótimo, os recepcionistas são muito atenciosos e o ambiente muito legal. Contudo, assim que entrei no quarto já notei alguns problemas, tais como: vaso sanitário sujo, pia entupida e porta do banheiro com problemas para fechar. Reclamei e tudo foi resolvido, mas acredito que estes problemas não deveriam ter ocorrido. Por fim, a água da piscina é congelante, mesmo o tempo estando muito bom, a temperatura era muito abaixo do normal. Logo, seria interessante refletir sobre o uso de algum aquecedor que tornasse a temperatura ao menos agradável.

Great value

Secured a special rate for a night at the Esplendor and couldn't be more satisfied with the value for money. Nice welcoming reception staff (feliz cumple Martin) and tidiness of the room. Highly recommended this hotel.

It’s an ok hotel for the price. The rooms are clean enough although my lighting system didn’t work. The sheets were stained so I asked for them to be changed, which they did with sheets that didn’t fit the bed so the mattress was exposed. The breakfast buffet was not high quality but had the basics. Pool area is really nice but needs more chairs.

The hotel is nice, very well located, and is really pet friendly (with additional cost) But it has no parking, the mattress wasn’t in excellent condition, the swimming pool is not climatized and I ordered coffee expresso at breakfast, it was regular and expensive (u$s 4 each)

I loved the location of the property which was within walking distance to many nice restaurants, shops and not too far from the beach. It’s a nice neighbourhood which is not too busy. There is a beautiful rooftop pool, offering a nice view of the ocean and the city. Excellent service at the front desk, would definitely come back again!

Excelente hotel e muito bem localizado!!!

Excelente hospedagem. O hotel fica bem localizado em Punta Carretas, perto de diversos restaurantes e a alguns passos da rambla. Os funcionários da recepção são cordiais e o check in foi feito rapidamente. O quarto é amplo, a cama grande e o chuveiro (com banheira) é excelente. O café da manhã é bem diversificado e gostoso, com diversas opções de pães e algumas opções de fruta. A piscina é muito bonita (apesar de não ter entrado por causa do tempo ligeiramente frio no final da tarde) e a jacuzzi no andar inferior é sensacional!! Voltaria com certeza!!
