Door closed at 11:10 pm and not able to enter

I had arrived at Ayenda Suites Ejecutivas Monterrey at 11:10 pm on April 13, and I was not able to enter the hotel since their front door was locked and after banging on the door for a number of times, I gave up, and left the site. The hotel is in a rundown condition with a big pothole in front of the door.

Muy buena atención del personal.administrativo de las suits. Excelente opción para alojarse. Lo único que no. Me resolvieron fué el detalle de facturar la estancia, no requiero recibo, requiero un CFDI, documento oficial para deducir impuestos en Hacienda.
