The hotel room is too small and very simple, the breakfast food is pitiful, I don't know how it is rated as a four-star hotel. The quality is poor and the price is high, not worth it!

The property was clean. To get to the actual lobby was strange. You park in the garage, you take an elevator down to the street level, you walk into the building, take the elevator up to the lobby, about 5 floors or so, check in, then up to you room which for us was 2 floors up. The elevator said floor 2, in reality we were 7 to 8 floors up. In my opinion, this is a safety hazard as you really don't know where in the building you are, which in case of a fire or emergency could be a problem. Their is not much privacy for the restroom as their is no real separation, it is glass doors and open at the top, with no vents. Though the hotel was nice, I would not stay here again unless I was staying solo.

The room didn't get serviced until we called to complain around 12 or 1. The rooms, bathroom or hallways didn't get mopped at all. The floors are extremely dusty and dirty. The continental breakfast was not good at all. Staff not friendly and gentleman at front desk are very rude.

El hotel es bonito, moderno, accesible, la cama es muy comoda, pero la limpieza de la habitación da mucho que desear. El piso de la habitación y del baño, tenia polvo, cabellos y basura, también la barrita debajo del lavabo sucia. Considero que no deberían cobrar costo extra por los alimentos calientes en la barra, por lo que había en los incertos no costea el pago extra.
