Mi habitación no tenia servicio de internet, la TV no funcionaba xq tampoco tenia servicio de internet, lo reportamos y el personal nunca resolvió nada, solo nos ignoró… el teléfono para marcar al lobby estaba desconectado, la lámpara tenía el foco fundido…. Todo lo reportamos y nunca nos dieron respuesta de nada. Muy mala experiencia
