"The check-in was a problem. Initially no one was there for check-in and we had to just sit and wait at 2:45 PM. Once someone arrived the individual had the personality of a blank sheet of paper and provided about as much information. There was no restaurant and initially the entire castle was locked down. We drove off site to have dinner. The room was pretty big, but the bathroom had the smallest shower ever, and that includes the one on my destroyer in the US Navy! The room itself was also NOT...

"Service wasn’t great. Was supposed to get a bottle of wine included, didn’t receive until I asked about it. Beautiful property but grass needed cutting so sitting in all the chairs everywhere was itchy. Breakfast was good. “Honesty bar” was pricey. Coffee aside from 2 pods is also an extra. somebody tried to charge my room for their snacks. Shower is extremely high pressure, hurt my mom’s skin. Beautiful pool but not heated. Amazing views, really quiet. They do have great wine."
