Upon arrival, the front desk didn't seem organized at all. Seemed like a poorly trained staff. Once we were escorted to our room we noticed the bar fridge wasn't stocked and the floors were not mopped (still dirty from previous guests). The room was spacious. The room was nice but dark. I suppose the rooms on the second floor are nicer. The staff didn’t seems to like their job. Or tired of girats maybe. Nice pool area. Note that this is a family hotel. It is not a calm romantic place. Breakfast was poor. I think that americans are the target for this ...
