"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient—only a 5-minute walk to the metro station. I also really appreciated the free access to a full professional gym, which was an excellent bonus. A special thank you to the receptionist, Yailin Martinez. She was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. Her kindness, efficiency, and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. She is a great asset to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very short ride from the airport. Driver was on time for pick up. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as I was there for a short time. The room was clean and comfortable. The towels could’ve been a little fluffier. Breakfast was delicious. The rice served at breakfast reminded me of home."

"This is a great boutique hotel in the heart of Santiago. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. It's easy to walk to Plaza de Armas or to Lastarria for a meal. The food in the hotel was terrific, too, and the Terrace bar is quite nice. Having wine available in the library is also a nice touch. I'd definitely stay here again!"
