"Unfortunately, the first room we were given had several issues. The balcony door was broken and wouldn’t close properly, which felt unsafe and allowed heat from outside to come in. The AC also didn’t seem to work properly, the bathroom outlet for the hair dryer wasn’t working, and there was no body wash when we arrived. We ended up having to request a room change. Definitely not the experience we expected from a hotel in Monte Carlo."
