The staff at hotel was extremely nice and helpful. however, the room look nothing like the pictures I was given a handicap room once entering the room it did have a musky smell. There’s no way to use the shower without getting water all over the floor because of handicap shower. Day two the water went out for a couple hours. This was not the hotels fault I was told it was water problem in the area. The hotel location was great due to its proximity to ULM overall, it was a pretty average stay.

The freezer in fridge is completely iced up and you cannot use it. Broken tv remote. Missing the battery cover and their fix was to put tape over it(wow). Bathroom sink is cracked and dirty. Shower was dirty and it still had hair from previous guests. Overall I will not stay here again.

I asked for clean sheets and all I was told it was already in the room and when we pulled the pull out couch the sheets on there seemed dirty. We were put on the bottom floor and I woke up to loud noise from the top floor. This went on from 11pm to after 3am all you could hear is stomping, banging and I’m not sure if someone was hitting the walls. But it finally quiet down after 3am which I finally went to sleep and woke up with house keeping knocking on the door before 10am. I really should have read the reviews before booking because some did say noise issues but we just wanted to get off the road from the driving and to have a good night sleep, which I didn’t have all because of the noise. Sadly this is my overall experience here plus the staff is not very helpful.

The air conditioning system wasn’t functioning at its best. It took hours for the room to be cold despite being on a high cool setting.

Clean but needs TLC
Staff was excellent, room very large. It was just small things - remote didn’t work on tv and front desk was just busy tone, bathroom door didn’t shut, tub didn’t drain. You could hear water pipes ( I’m a light sleeper ) But it was clean, continental breakfast was good and there was food for me ( I’m gluten free )
