"located in the historical district, walking distance to the nearby historical sites, mostly within 10-20 minutes. the subway station is only 2 minutes walk, which can take us to the airport easily. it is also walking distance to the university of palermo. a perfect location for me. the staff members are kind and helpful. we forgot to bring a converter for outlet. they lent theirs to us (don't count on this though, as they only have two). i really appreciate the convenience they provided to us....

"This is a very lovely hotel. The spa is relaxing and the included breakfast is delicious! Lunch and dinner are also served. Our rooms were clean and comfy. Two of three rooms had issues with the AC. The staff was able to move one of the rooms to a room with a functioning AC on the second night of the stay. The other party remained in the original room with a fan that we requested.
