"Ideal location, 12minute walk into Skiathos town. All staff very friendly, polite, attentive, helpful and professional. Hotel spotlessly clean, excellent attention to detail eg towels changed daily, bottle of water provided every day, dressing gown, slippers and toiletries, thorough room clean every day. "The staff was very helpful. Demetrios went above and beyond what we expected. Steep steps would not be ideal for everyone. My bad knees and age in my 70's was still able to do it. The Rock is a place I would recommend. View on the balcony was special."

"Abbiamo soggiornato 10 gg a inizio giugno, la location è pulita, familiare, silenziosa, rilassante. La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. C’è sempre posto per parcheggiare l’automobile nel giardino o appena fuori. La stanza aveva l’accesso al terrazzino dove potevamo fare colazione e a volte la cena con vista mozzafiato su mare e colline, stupendo!, Le...

"Perfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. It’s easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future! "

Nous y sommes restés une seule nuit et ce fut un bon choix
Chambre tres confortable mais nous avons une remarque : notre chambre était la première au rez de chaussée juste à côté de l’entrée et ce fut assez bruyant : nous entendions tout le bruit et les échanges entres les clients et le personnel de la réception … et ceci jusqu’à assez tard en soirée et tôt le matin …. Donc, évitez cette chambre à côté de l’entrée
