I have stayed in dozens of hotels in my lifetime. This was by far the worst. We were booked to stay for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. My family and I were unhappy about a few things (no one at the front desk or anywhere to be found when we needed assistance.....the pool being inaccessible during hours of operation.....and a used bar of soap and shampoo in the shower) but when the mouse came into our room that ended our stay. We immediately packed up, returned our room key and left without being reimbursed for the night we didn't stay.

If it's a member of the Wyndham brand it certainly isn't living up to what Wyndham represents. I am still itching from the bed bugs.

We stayed 2 full months and tried to get housekeeping a few times within the first week it took three weeks for them to even come to change the bedding which looked like it had not been washed had hair and what looked like lip stick on the sheets. Its infested with bed bugs and ants Outside along the buildings and in the parking lots are full of garbage and glass from a car window being smashed during our stay no staff cleaned the glass up. Wifi hardly worked Only thjng they got going for them the woman who works the front desk is very friendly and welcoming

The room was clean but very noisy could hear people talking in another room somewhere and the traffic noise was loud. I don’t feel the restaurant was as clean as it should be and the washroom there was not clean at all.

The screen on the door was half ripped off, plaster fell off the ceiling in the bathroom. Wife wemt to use hair dryer and it all fell off wall. Half of the security lock inside was missing. Stains on the wall. Stains on wall that look like blood. Pool has been shut down for “ cleaning “ for months. Would t have booked if not working. Not sure if they should tell Expedia this but I’m sure would cut the amount of bookings. Stairs going to top level are literally falling apart( have all pics to prove ). Had I’d read the reviews I’d wouldn’t have booked. Asked about room and was advised that it’s Expedia issue as I booked there .

Staff are lovely and the room was clean and stocked. The pool was not open due to cleaning which is great but it would have been nice to know that before arriving.

There was ants in the room walking on the walls , on the counter, the bed was broken. I have photos to prove it and i wanted a refund but they told me that they couldnt refund me cause i have booked trought expedia i tryed to contact you but no rep answered the phone.. bad experience.

The fact the pool was "under maintenance" and unavailable. The second floor room above us had laminate flooring and the sound travel made it next to impossible to sleep. The guests above us arrived around 1am and didn't go to sleep until around 7 am.

That is was cheap to stay, complementary hot breakfast included, the beds were comfy and nice sheets and blankets, the wife and kid approved so definitely will return and stay again!! Also we had the pool, hot tub and sauna mostly to ourselves on a Thursday night

The room had no towel, to begin with, so we had to go to reception to ask for some. The towels we received and some of the cushions in the room had stains on them. There was also leftover litter under the chairs. We didn’t try the breakfast so can’t say anything about it. It was the cheapest option around Moncton, so I guess the price would justify the conditions.

it was pretty good compared to the other reviews. again though, pool was out of order and we were so excited to go swimming… nobody bothered to tell us that the pool was closed until we went down and it said out of order, would of been nice to know apon check in. the breakfast, was gross. honestly. the juice was PEE warm, and it was only toast. and the bread was hard as a rock. the wifi also reached max compacity, but they were really nice on giving us another wifi to use. i would definitely stay here again. our room was clean, there was NO bed bugs (witch i worried about due to reviews) they were really nice people who delt with us, the jet tub made up for the pool not working. but overall we had an awesome stay and will be back.

Fridge was leaking water, told staff and was told to clean it myself, no one came to check it. There was a kid and an adult playin baseball by the vehicles and the door to the hotel. The bathroom door scrapped the floor every time you opened it and it was very loud The room was too hot, temperature did not seem to go down. Outlets were loose when trying to plug in my phone charger . Tv is very small and remote never worked.

Broken glass in parking lot burnt pieces of wood on the grass garbage everywhere smelled like an Indian sweat shack. Staff is untrained and unhelpful pool was closed I rate this place a -10

We stayed in the room with the jaccuzzi and it was great. Very relaxing. There was glass that was in the parking lot that should have been cleaned up. Overall i would definitely stay again. I was upset that the pool wasnt opened. I was looking forward to a nice swim but the jaccuzzi made up for it.

Property s old and there’s room for improvement in some of thefurnishings - functional but worn looking. We slept well and liked the staff. Best of all was the Hurry Curry restaurant on the premises. We didn’t have to go to a franchise and the food was excellent. Excellent shower. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

The room bed was dirty and full of hairs, the tv was broke and there were practically no towels in the room. Also the chairs in the room were very wobbly and made me scared they would break.

WARNING! Do Not stay here! We did not have high expectations, but even those moderate ones were quashed. Our first hotel had a power outage and we had to book something late in the evening. A pool was our only real ask as we were travelling with kids. We arrived late and very tired. The floors were dirty, there was hair on the floors dust and dirt, the two chairs were heavily stained, rip in the curtain, the TV did not work, the bed sheets were stained, and this was the first time I was worried about bed bugs in my life. We just needs to get through the night, perhaps the pool would be good and the kids would have fun. I called the desk in the morning and asked when it opened, the response was that it was under maintenance and would not be opened for several days. We got up and packed the car, I asked for the second night we were supposed to stay to be returned as they did not have the amenities advertised, they refused and we left and found another place to stay. The worst place I have ever stayed by far.

Didn't like anything. Had to change room. The other room was dirty, had hair in beds, no plug tto hold water in the bath, walls were dirty, found an earring with some cheerios in the corner . Suppsed to be non smoking but had a bad smell in the room. Had to call to have towels. The guy brought a plug for the bath that didn't fit in there. Don't go to this hotel!! Invest a little more money somewhere helse. Wish someone would have warned me like I'm doing for you...

There was suppose to be a pool and it was closed 😕 the place was dirty looking. Rooms were dirty and scruffy not cleaned well. Breakfast was a joke my daughter tried to get juice and 3 times black stuff came out of the spout and coffee was old no cups and premaid toast that was cold. Not one person was down for the breakfast.

The property is aged and looks its age. The clerk asked if we wanted to see our room but it was aged and wasn't satisfactory for us to stay in. She called the manager and she upgraded us to another room. This room had been renovated and was clean with lamknate floors. So much better. However we had asked for a king size bed but it was two queens. They had breakfast but it was limited to cereal, juice and toast and condiments. They advertised a pool but when I asked it wasn't working. I gave a rating of 3 based on the room we stayed in with hope they were working at redoing the whole hotel.

Bed bugs and rat infestation, bird in the air conditioner, hair and spots on the bedding and pillows, and more... this place is unfit to accommodate anyone hospitably, and should be removed as an option from Expedia's site. I'm working with Expedia on getting a refund.

Was not impressed when I tried to check in to a prepaid room. They insisted on a damage deposit to a room that was dirty, heating register moldy/dusty,bathtub not draining,plus more. Too tired to argue after working 15 hrs just wanted to go to bed. Stayed Monday night,tues night,checked out Wednesday afternoon,during work hours to a cleaner spot. Requested refund.Still waiting for information.I took pictures when I checked in, for 2 days felt like I should of slept in my car. Dirty,dirty,dirty
