"Had a phenomenal stay with Penny helping us in Ioannina. The hotel is well located within the castle walls, walking distance from somw good food options in the city. When we had difficulty with our AC it was resolved immediately. The included breakfast was a generous and delicious spread, along with optional (also included) cooked items. "Super unique hotel, tucked into a very active mountain town. The roads all around are tiny and winding mountain village size. Hard to find and hard to drive/park, but that really adds to the experience of this unique and wonderful location. Inside the hotel is very modern, well built, clean. Staff very helpful, pulled the car out onto the street for us. Certainly would have helped us find and park if we had called ahead. "

"Lit très confortable. Bel emplacement. Excellent petit déjeuner. Dommage que le café ne soit servi qu’à partir de 7h30, pas une minute avant et que les cappuccino ne soient pas inclus. Heureusement le café filtré était excellent. "

"The hotel does not inform you that access to the hotel requires a very steep climb. This was not easy with luggage. They should disclose this for folks who are handicapped or elderly."

"Decent stay with no frills. Staff efficient and helpful. Beds ok but room not as clean as I would have liked it. Shower had hot water and bathroom a bit small but workable. Wi-Fi ok in room but not available on balcony. Plenty of parking. Short walk to small tavernas and cafes. Longer drive to Ionnina. Might consider staying there again. "

"We needed a hotel last minute (booked night prior) needing an overnight stay while sightseeing. The one photo online looked like there was a decent view, so decided to book it. Upon arrival in the area, and realizing we were on top of the world was when we first realized this hotel was something special. This place is absolutely incredible. We stayed mid September so I believe there were maybe 2 or 3 other guests. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Its a newer property so...

"What a special place. In the heart of the restaurants, steps to the lake walkway. We stayed in the magical loft and loved its layout and charm. Little details add up to a large win as guests. The owner was soooooo nice and welcoming, treated us like family. The bed was oh so comfortable, the sheets and towels soft. Enjoyed spending evening sitting in courtyard enjoying the sound of birds and city life."
