Room was nice although the toilet seat was very cheap. Staff was very friendly. Food was cafeteria style and very crowded in dining room. Definitely seemed like a family oriented place with lots of children. We actually didn't feel great after the breakfast. Nothing bad.

Five stars excellent stay. Thermal pool of Kamena Vourla was my aim and there is one indoor and one outdoor + several normal water pools. The service is very good, the meal is tasty and rather various. Unfortunately l couldn't go to sea even if it's 30m of distance. There is no sand and overall pebble, l think they could have added at least a clean sand to the private beach. Ok, all in all it was fantastic!

I've stayed at this hotel well over 5 times in the last years. It's always been very nice. The area is amazing. The staff is very friendly. However, this time we've had almost no access to the internet service from the room and the hotel breakfast/dinners were very mediocre in comparison to last visits.

Arrived late evening and was surprised to see a food plate in the fridge as missing dinner. Great service and hospitality. Staff at the bar were also very nice. Problem were the number of mosquitoes in the room. That made the impression of the stay not totally good.
