Staff was difficult with whom to communicate. Plumbing needs work. Breakfast was not breakfast. Lobby wasn’t open at time indicated. Beds were comfortable but no blankets. Door bolt wouldn’t work.
Horrible, and I would not have made it a big deal had they given my money back but I got there saw the place looked nothing like the pictures and wanted my money back instantly. Literally 5 mins after it was booked. They refused to give me any kind of refund. I was on the phone an hour had to call 2x the whole time my kids are in the car bc they refused to give me my money. I’m still trying to get my money back for a room I never stayed at. DO NOT BOOK!!! They steal peoples money refuse refunds. The hotel looks like it’s in a 3rd world country. I doubt anyone would WANT to stay there unless they had no where else to go and even then I would sleep in my car. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!
This was a nightmare from the time I got there. I reserved this through expedia. When I arrived the attendant immediately violated my civil rights. I'm a permanently disabled veteran with a professionally trained service dog. He insisted I give him photo ID for my dog which not only does not exist it is not required by federal law. I handed him the service dog laws and guidelines from the Department of Justice civil rights division he didn't even read it he just handed it back to me and continued to violate my rights. I was polite the entire time and I told him that he would just read that information we would have a much more harmonious outcome. He just shook his head no. He then insisted that I go buy a mattress cover for dog hair which also is against the law. He charged me a pet deposit which he is saying now is a regular deposit wish I was not made aware of. I went to the room and it smelled like urine there was a bullet hole in one of the windows in the stairwell you will see by the pictures that they speak for themselves. Burn holes in the mattress cover a fridge stuck door because it was painted with house paint. Soiled, not stained but soiled Ottoman and chair that both smelled like urine. The steel railing was rusting and falling off which also had the commercial electricity conduit which was bent running across it and connected to it with no insulators. Expedia is doing everything they can. You can cry to the DOJ now!
