Facilities are basic but solid, with a small swimming pool facing the rooms as a premium. Staff is young and friendly, albeit a bit improvised in what seems to be a newly open activity. Good value as compared to other very expensive fancy hotels nearby. "

"“Comfort room” (bed, bath & fridge) at top of house was compact, but comfortable, & adequate. However, a basic cleaning schedule would have been appreciated...not cleaned at all during our 10 day stay, & had to ask for clean lining & towels 6th day into our stay (even then top bed sheets & bathmat were not changed, however owner was most apologetic when approached, & immediately rectified the situation). O local é muito perto dos pontos principais e da Old Town que fica a 3min a pé. O atendimento foi bem tranquilo, nos deram muitas dicas e foi bem proveitoso."
