Only minor complaint is the air conditioner was kinda loud when it was running. Room was clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Room was large and had a nice kitchenette. Overall quality of finishes and cleanliness was okay to poor for a Marriott. Rug was wavy and torn but tapped down with duct tape. Finishes were run down, cabinet door in bathroom sagging, under beds dirty. Cooper machine too old/dirty to use. Hot water took 5mins to start warming up in bath sink. Breakfast food was the lowest quality possible. Could be a lot better with proper maintenace. Best to stay elsewhere

The suite was very clean and the kitchenette was equipped with what we needed. I paid for the room well in advance and was not expecting to put up $40 for incidentals which is still pending on my checking account. I didn’t get a receipt from the hotel for my stay because I booked thru a 2nd party.

Not happy this time

Previously very satisfied. This stay not so much. We were consistently told that the location was understaffed. Our refrigerator didn’t work and some of our groceries spoiled. By the third day, we finally got another refrigerator in the room. There was not enough towels. We washed our own towels and reused them. I think most of all the morning that we were checking out there was a staff meeting going on and I heard the supervisor tell the staff in attendance, please make sure that everything that they need is readily available because we don’t want to lose the contract with this company. Wowww!!!!! I will never be back to this hotel again.

Overall nice hotel, however service is not always available and way below expectations, was told to request room service before 9am ( they will not do it without request), however when requested right after 8 am one of the morning’s had to wait until next day. Breakfast options limited and almost same everyday. Once found spoiled English muffin mixed in with other bread, brought that to the staff- was told “I’ll let them know” - WTH????? Stayed from Monday to Sunday. Next time in the are will look for other options.

Hotel is nice!

The Hotel is great! Need better customer service though. My family and I never complain, but wow we were not even greeted when we walked in or even spoke to after the entire Check in process. I cannot even believe it. But the hotel is nice and clean and beds are comfortable, so that made up for it.
