I loved the staff. We came for our anniversary and could not have had a better experience. The staff were friendly, personable, decorated our canvas and were so helpful! The facilities were clean, perfect for me as a non-camper and yet the perfect camping experience for my very pro-camping husband. The toilets, showers and towels were all very clean and accessible. Our canvas tent was beautiful, very cool despite the hot weather, and the personal fans were awesome. McKenna checked us in so quickly and was incredible to work with. Best was so disconnect from like and reconnect with nature and each other! We will for Sure be back soon. Check out our post on Instagram @the.travel.verdict25 for more details and info!!

Enjoyed our stay at Under Canvas Moab. The staff were friendly and the tent, bathrooms, and showers were all clean. Only drawback is some road noise, which could be an issue for mid-light sleepers. Other than that, a great experience.

Beautiful place! It did get quite chilly in the evening so the stove in the tent was a plus. Just a heads up that if it's windy out, the tent is quite noisy but ear plugs are provided and that really helped!

6/10 Okay

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pros: Courteous and responsive staff. Everyone was kind and addressed issues as they arose. Easy to access location, was easy to find. Staff provided power-blocks for our electronic devices and my CPAP machine as there is no power in the tents. Ice was provided for our daily cooler use, tea and coffee and a number of snacks. There is no restaurant or other provided food and that's fine and makes sense for this type of setting. It is only a few minutes away from Moab and shopping/food. Cons: Location is just a few hundred yards off main highway 191. Other reviewers have mentioned this and it is important to note. Highway noise is omni-present and in the evenings the headlights from vehicles are clearly visible and intrusive. Now the fixable stuff: the driveway is atrocious. It is like navigating a minefield. Very large bumps and other rough terrain made entering or leaving the property very unpleasant. The power blocks provided for the CPAP were both good and bad. The large units were able to power my CPAP for a full night's sleep. On our 2nd night, a smaller unit was given and failed after just 4 hours of sleep. These smaller units should *NOT* be given out to CPAP users as they are simply unable to do the job. My son slept on the sleeper sofa and was very uncomfortable. He reported having a "bar" in the middle of his back all night, felt easily through the provided mattress.

The staff was nice, we were shown around and demonstrated on things worked in the tent. The place was super clean. The only negative, the highway is too close to tents and you have noise pollution. They do provide earplugs, however it would have been nicer to have been further away from highway.
