This is not a "fancy" place, but it is great for people who like clean and convenience. Had a big fridge, micro, coffee in room & lobby, nice shower, daily maid service. Could spend all day at the nearby parks and then come back and park and walk to dinner or shop. I would come again

Located in the heart of downtown Moab within walking distance to everything. Very cute little resort. Staff was friendly, coffee was hot in the lobby every morning and they provided dog treats!

The staff was THE BEST! Loved the spaciousness and novelty of a kitchenette in our rooms and the bed was phenomenally comfortable. Access to the Moab walking trail was critical to us - we loved that it was at the edge of the parking lot! AND it as so quiet and just one block off Main Street. An amazing place to stay!

The room was clean and everyday housekeeping was a nice add-on. Everything worked, nothing was broken, good water pressure of the shower. Central location. Everything is in a walkable distance. The only one thing that didn't bother much, but the isolation was not that good, I could hear upstairs guests using their bathroom, flushing toilet, etc.

This is an older motel but it is well maintained and has a great location. It’s about 2 blocks to Main Street with easy access to restaurants. The room was large. It had a full size refrigerator and kitchen cabinets but no stove. It did have a microwave. I had contact with 3 staff members and each was friendly and helpful. It is not fancy but it’s very comfortable and a good value.
