Loved the location and also love the 'tiny home' vibe, with the shared patio space and hot tub, we will be back there next time we visit Moab! Also, great communication and a very comfortable night sleep!

Great setting and community vibe. Rooms are compact (would be tight for more than 2 people) w great outdoor space. Host was quick w communicating and location is great—walkable to all of downtown Moab. Easy parking, close to unit.

Staying in Moab was great. Staying in these stand-alone, well-appointed units was remarkable. I did not receive an email beforehand, so make certain that you receive that since it is essential for getting into your room. Otherwise, this hotel is very close to Arches NP, and an easy walk to the restaurants, and food trucks. CLEAN. VERY CLEAN. VERY QUIET.

This property is conveniently located. Dining and shopping options are easily walkable. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom counter space was adequate for my wife. The kitchen with large refrigerator was very nice and having an extra sink was very convenient. We loved the outdoor chairs and log foot rests/tables and enjoyed busing with other guests. The whole check-in process is streamlined. No more waiting in line at the front desk, filling out forms and leaving a credit card for a deposit. Parking was ample and located about 40 yards from our unit. Would definitely stay again!

What a great stay! The hot tub was right out of our door, BBQ available, nice outside covered social gathering area with seating. Rooms were clean and had fully stocked kitchen W/ full size fridge. Next time visiting the area we would book a stay here again.

It was a cute little stand alone room, Private and quiet. It's my personal preference to sit in a chair while watching TV so I was a bit bummed there was no room for a comfy chair. This is not a complaint because I realize most people just watch from bed. One suggestion we have is to reverse the door swing on the refrigerator. In the room we were in the door opened toward the bathroom which made it awkward to move items from the refrigerator to the kitchen counter.

Small house concept is cute but not extremely practical. No storage if you wanted to unpack. There was not even a good place to put suitcases. Room was freshly painted and clean. This is a good place for one or two nights. Not much room if you plan on a longer stay. Location was OK and close to several dining choices

This is my new favorite place to stay in Moab! The little house was impeccably clean, everything was very comfortable, and management was very communicative and made sure we were taken care of. The courtyard is beautiful, peaceful, and very comfy and the location is PERFECT. We were able to walk to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go in Moab proper. We'll definitely be staying here again! Having the little kitchen was so useful, and this is a great price for a place that would sleep 4 people comfortably. Having the privacy of being in a tiny home instead of a traditional hotel was so nice!

Awesome location and super cute room. Could tell the host spent lots of time designing and maintaining the place. Only suggestion is room is too bright in the morning to sleep in and cleaning staff didn’t clean thoroughly (lipsticks on the mugs and previous travelers trash found in the room). Will come back next time
