Staff was excellent. Hotel is in a convenient location. Complimentary beach chairs was much appreciated. Just know the walls are not sound proof which is beyond the staffs control. You will hear every thing in the hallways and room above you…everything.

Decent stay on South Beach at a reasonable price!
The free breakfast is fine and the welcome drink was very much appreciated.
Nice friendly staff, from the reception, bar staff and the breakfast staff.
Nice quiet rooms only a 3 minute walk to the front of South Beach. The only gripe is that the rooms look clean on the first impression, but on closer inspection the floor was dirty as my bare feet slowly turned black and hairs in the shower!

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die zimmer sind ok , dass bad sollte mal renoviert werden, also 4 sterne ist das nicht, z. b. man kann sich im waschbecken nicht richtig die Hände waschen, da der wasserhahn viel zu kurz ist für das Waschbecken und auch sehr niedrig,"

"Good spot. Breakfast is great! Convenient check in options for check in after reception hours. No 24/7 front desk. Didn't have a kettle or silverware in the room but ot was no problem getting some from the staff. Very friendly! The pillows were pretty bad, super soft with feathers and no other options ..."
